All the old masters often repeated that the difficulties in homeopathy do not lie in the first prescription but in the second; we might add that the difficulties also lie in the third, the fourth and all the other prescriptions because at every moment of the homeopathic therapy it is necessary to individualize not only the most suitable remedy but also the best potency, quantity and frequency of repetition for that patient at that particular moment.
